ACF Gift a Tree Program- A gift for generations to come For $25, you can sponsor a tree to be planted in someone's honor at one of ACF's tree plantings. The gift also includes a one year membership with ACF. Contact the office at 990-6002 to purchase your certificate.

Tree Plantings

The momentum and impact of ACF's habitat programs is timely and relevant as increasing development pressures threaten vital habitat for Alabama's biologically diverse flora and fauna.

As a result of ACF's habitat enhancement projects, every acre of estuarine, wetland or coastal habitat that is enhanced or preserved will continue to provide a safe haven for wildlife and a source of enjoyment and recreation for generations to come.

Thanks to all of our wonderful volunteers who participated in our Muddy Creek Mitigation Area and Village Point Preserve tree plantings in 2009! Volunteers planted native species such as Tulip Poplar, Southern Magnolia, Longleaf Pine and Live Oak at the plantings.
